This product is a kind of powder improver which inclusively use in production of laminated pastries.

The advantages are: reducing fermentation time, postpone retrogradation, increasing volume, improving dough molding during lamination, creating the desired color & taste in the final product.

Application: In different kind of laminated pastries like Croissant, strudel and types of Danish pastries.

Recommended dosage: 1-1/5% based on flour weight

Packing: 10 kg-pocket

Best before: 9 months after product date

Storage condition: keep in a cool and dry place, keep away from direct sunlight
