Bakery flour improver

This product consists of a mixture of several enzymes designed for use in baking flour. Reduction of number of falling, economic efficiency, high quality of produced dough, compatibility with all types of flour produced in the country and… are the most important features of this product.

Uses: Baking flour.

Consumption: up to 200 PPM depending on the quality of flour used (20 grams per 100 kg of flour).
